After you’ve registered for a match on PractiScore (https://practiscore.com/clubs/alberta-tactical-handgun-league) please send an eTransfer to “info@myathl.com” with the following details in the “Comments” or “Memo” section of the eTransfer – this is very important, if you don’t add this info we may not know who the payment is coming from or what it’s for!

Name (same name you use to register in PractiScore) – indicate Match or Membership Fee or both if that’s the case.

Withdrawal Policy

Once you have registered and paid to attend a match, you shall be able to withdraw without penalty in certain circumstances.  Provided that you have given at least 7 days notice, you shall be eligible to have your match fees held as a credit for a period of 6 months.  If your credit is not used within 6 months, it shall expire and be donated to the ATHL general account.  In the event that you have to withdraw from a match and are unable to give 7 days notice, the Board may consider giving you credit based upon your circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Such credit shall also be held for a period of 6 months.  In the event that you are subsequently assigned as “Staff” for a match (Safety Officer, Match Director, etc.) for which you have already registered, your fees shall be held as a credit and shall not expire.
